(https://cdn.videojet.com/U309KOI6/as/vvpm76xpvfqj3kgchf7khbnz/vf-history-of-videojet-innovation-us) About the Role This global Human Resources position is a key member of Videojet Technologies’ HR team, responsible for shaping and executing the overall people strategy in support of Veralto’s and Videojet’s strategic goals.  The position reports directly to the Senior, Human Director s for Videojet and partners very closely with the VP, Global Sales Leader India and the commercial leadership team in driving strategic business decisions and providing leadership on people related solutions such as organization assessment & design, talent planning, associate engagement/retention, DE&I, and culture.  Through the use of our Veralto Enterprise System (VES), the HR Leader will drive excellence and value through the appropriate and consistent use of VES tools, leading to a highly motivated, productive, and engaged workforce.
