Free cold email generator for jobs in India
Short answer
Tell it about you, the company and the job title, and it writes one short, personal cold email to HR: a clear subject line and a body under 150 words, built only from what you type. It's free and needs no account; you can write up to 5 emails a day.
How to use it
Describe yourself in one or two lines
Your degree or current role, your main skills, and one project or achievement. The AI uses only this, so be specific.
Add the company and the job title
Copy them exactly as the company writes them. Paste the key part of the job post if you have it: the email gets more specific.
Pick a tone and generate
Professional suits most companies; friendly works for startups; short and direct is good for busy founders.
Check every line, then send
Make sure every fact is true, add one line about the company if you can, attach your resume, and send it to the right person.
Example output
Subject: Application: Frontend Developer – 2026 B.Tech graduate, React
Hello Hiring Team, I'm a 2026 B.Tech (CSE) graduate applying for the Frontend Developer role at your company. I work mainly with React and Node.js. I recently built a canteen ordering app for my hostel in React, which students use to order and track meals. It taught me a lot about forms, state and keeping the interface fast on low-end phones, which seems close to what your team works on. I'd be glad to be considered, and I'm happy to share my resume or do a short call. Best regards, [Your name]

Is this cold email generator really free?
Yes. You can write a few emails a day without signing up. A free NextKnock account lets you keep writing, find the company's HR contact and send from your own Gmail.
Does the AI make things up?
It is told to use only what you type and to leave out anything you didn't give it, and links or contact details you didn't type are removed. Still, read the email before sending: you know your facts best. Emails are kept under 150 words.
Do you save what I type?
No. Your inputs are used to write the email and then discarded. We only keep an anonymous count of how many emails the tool writes each day, to keep it free and fair.
How long should a cold email to HR be?
Between 80 and 150 words: who you are, the exact role, one or two proofs that you fit, and a simple ask. That's what this tool writes.
Who should I send the email to?
HR, the recruiter for the role, or at a small startup the hiring manager or a founder. Use addresses the company has made public. Our guide on finding HR email addresses explains how.
