Nothing is shipped
NextKnock is online software used at nextknock.in and in the NextKnock Android app. We do not sell or ship any physical goods, so there are no shipping charges, courier partners or delivery addresses.
How a paid plan is delivered
A paid plan is delivered digitally to the NextKnock account you paid from: its higher limits are switched on in that account, and we email you when it is active. Usually activated within 2 hours, 9am–11pm IST; always within 24 hours. You can see your plan and its end date at any time in Settings.
Gift plans
When you buy a plan as a gift, the gift code is shown in your account and emailed to you once the payment is confirmed. The person you give it to enters the code in their own account to switch the plan on.
If your plan is not delivered
If your plan is not active within 24 hours of paying, write to payment@nextknock.in with your transaction ID or UTR. If we cannot activate it within 48 hours, you get a full refund. See the Refund Policy.
Cancellation
Plans are paid once for 1 or 3 months and never renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel: when the period ends, your account goes back to the free plan.
