By using NextKnock you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
What the service does
NextKnock helps you build a master resume, find companies and jobs in India, and write cold emails that you review and send from your own Gmail account. The emails are drafted by AI and can contain mistakes: you are responsible for reading each one before it is sent.
Your responsibilities
- Use the service honestly. Do not put false information in your resume or your emails.
- Do not use it to send spam, harassing or misleading messages. Daily sending limits exist to protect your Gmail account and other people's inboxes.
- Emails go out from your Gmail account and in your name. Sent emails cannot be recalled.
- Keep your account secure and follow the laws that apply to you, including Google's terms for Gmail.
Acceptable use and AI
- NextKnock's AI only writes text: resume summaries and job-application emails. It does not create images, audio or video.
- You may not use NextKnock to create or send sexual, intimate or non-consensual content of any kind, to impersonate anyone, or to send anything unlawful, abusive or deceptive.
- NextKnock uses Google APIs only to send the emails you approve and to show you the replies to them, in line with the Google APIs Terms of Service and the Google API Services User Data Policy.
- We may suspend accounts that break these rules.
No guarantees
We do not promise that you will get replies, interviews or a job. Job listings and contact details come from public sources and may be out of date or wrong. The service is provided as is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses from using it.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time by disconnecting Gmail in Settings and asking us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service. How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
