Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures.Technical Lead - Java/J2EE, Payments Platform Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and maintenance of backend systems using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and microservices architecture. Collaborate with business teams, architects, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, payment service integrations, and enterprise applications supporting Money platforms. Drive technical design discussions, code reviews, coding standards, and development best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. Mentor and guide developers, providing technical leadership and support throughout the software development lifecycle. Analyze and resolve complex production issues, performance bottlenecks, and system stability challenges. Optimize application performance, scalability, security, and reliability for high-volume transaction processing systems. Ensure adherence to secure coding standards, API security practices, and compliance requirements. Work closely with QA and operations teams to support testing, deployments, and production releases.
