Support the design, development, and delivery of workforce analytics, dashboards, reports, forecasting models, and predictive insights that measure the impact of HR programs and enable business leaders to make data-driven decisions. Partner with HR, business leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business questions into actionable analytics, identify workforce trends, and develop scalable reporting solutions. Drive continuous improvement through automation, data governance, and advanced analytics initiatives while helping build a culture of data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires strong analytical and technical expertise, intellectual curiosity, business acumen, and the ability to translate complex data into compelling stories and actionable recommendations. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Syneos HR data, workforce metrics, systems, and reporting structures. Partner with HRBPs, COEs, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and translate them into analytical solutions and insights.
