Within the defined service scope, the role coordinates support workflows, assures the quality and integrity of outputs, resolves non-routine exceptions, strengthens team capability, and improves support standards and controls. The role is accountable for support-service outcomes but does not own project plans, budgets, timelines, cross-functional project decisions, or overall project delivery. Core Responsibilities • Independently lead and coordinate advanced support workflows within the defined service scope, integrating interdependent inputs and handoffs to ensure deliverables are completed on time and meet established standards for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance.
