The Opportunity: The Cybersecurity Senior Analyst plays a critical role in safeguarding information systems and data within a healthcare revenue cycle organization. Focuses on monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security threats, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and implementing best practices to protect sensitive healthcare and financial information. Serves as a subject matter expert in cybersecurity risk management and collaborates across IT and business units to maintain a secure environment. Develops and enforces security policies, standards, and procedures aligned with regulatory requirements and industry frameworks. Monitors network and application security, investigates incidents, and performs root cause analysis to mitigate risks. Conducts vulnerability assessments, manages threat detection tools, and recommends remediation strategies. Supports compliance audits, prepares risk reports for leadership, and provides guidance on secure system design and data protection.
