Support translation of ICSRs, patient narratives, medical records, literature articles, and safety-related correspondence. Review translated content for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and compliance with established quality standards. Assist Pharmacovigilance teams in interpreting medical terminology and safety information. Support literature screening and translation of relevant safety data from Japanese sources. Collaborate with global stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and timely project delivery. Maintain translation glossaries, terminology databases, and quality review processes. Ensure confidentiality and compliance while handling sensitive medical information. Qualifications JLPT N3, N2, or N1 certification (Mandatory). Bachelor's degree required. Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, PharmD, or related scientific disciplines are preferred; however, graduates from any stream are eligible to apply. Strong proficiency in written and spoken Japanese and English. Prior experience in translation, localization, or language support roles preferred. Experience in Pharmacovigilance (PV), Drug Safety, Life Sciences, or the Pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Knowledge of medical terminology, ICSRs, adverse event reporting, and MedDRA is an added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
