The PMO Analyst supports project governance, reporting, forecasting, data quality, audit readiness, and continuous improvement across a global portfolio of Life Sciences software-as-a-service implementation projects. This internal-facing role helps establish consistent ways of working, maintain trusted project data, strengthen delivery discipline, and apply artificial intelligence tools and agents to improve Project Management Office productivity and reporting quality. This position is located onsite in Bangalore, India and is part of the Global Professional Services team. The role will report to a Professional Services leader and partner closely with Project Managers, implementation teams, and Finance across regions and time zones. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Support the planning, coordination, tracking, and closure of multiple concurrent software-as-a-service implementation projects by maintaining accurate project plans, actions, RAID logs, milestone records, and delivery documentation. Coordinate project governance routines, including status reporting, meeting preparation, action and decision follow-up, milestone tracking, documentation reviews, and adherence to standard delivery processes across Agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models. Maintain project and portfolio reporting by tracking delivery status, milestones, budget consumption, effort information, resourcing, utilization, risks, governance compliance, and overall delivery health.
