The Lease Accounting Senior Team Lead is responsible for providing accurate and timely financial analysis, auditing financial planning processes, and presenting complex reports to management. You will collaborate with business partners, monitor expenses and capital budgeting, and support budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations. This role reports to the Fixed Assets & Lease Accounting Manager and can be based in Manila, Philippines or in Bangalore, India. Key Responsibilities ·       Lead the design, implementation, and mentoring of the Global lease accounting team to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting. ·       Develop and implement advanced lease accounting policies and frameworks in compliance with relevant accounting standards, streamlining compliance and reporting processes. ·       Analyze complex lease portfolios and conduct detailed financial analysis and audits to identify optimization opportunities and support strategic financial decision-making. ·       Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, IT, and other teams to integrate lease accounting solutions with enterprise systems and support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
