What You Will Do  ·       The FinOps Analyst is responsible for Timely closing & execution of financial periods as per closing calendar and in accordance with SLA commitments, fully observing Compliance, Internal Audit & SOX requirements o   Accountable for completeness, accuracy and validity of the actuals reported within process/entity scope o   Deep expertise, fully knowledgeable of the worldwide procedures and compliance requirements for respective areas o   Regular focus on balance sheet reconciliations to minimize open items o   Partnering with Finance Operations Managers to ensure quality measures are in place and meet KPIs of the team ·       Understand, adhere, and execute per worldwide policies and procedures. Identify compliance risks and recommend solutions ·       Execute global Strategy & Solutions in line with taxonomy ·       Onboard and train new joiners
