Candidates will be required to review invoices, validate information for accuracy, update records in internal systems, and ensure all data is processed in accordance with established guidelines and service level agreements (SLAs). The position also involves handling case-related queries, maintaining documentation, tracking work queues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry, invoice processing, back-office operations, or a similar support role. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to read, understand, and draft professional emails.
