Learn about the Danaher Business System which makes everything possible.  The Compliance Auditing & Monitoring Analyst role supports the execution and continuous improvement of Life Sciences compliance monitoring programs, with a focus on Anti-Bribery and Anti-Corruption (ABAC) and Healthcare Compliance (HCC). The role helps evaluate key compliance controls, conduct monitoring and testing activities, support third-party and channel partner reviews, document observations, and track remediation efforts to strengthen the effectiveness of the compliance program.  This position reports to the Sr. Manager, Compliance Monitoring and Data Analytics and is part of the Compliance team located in India and will be fully remote.  In this role, you will have the opportunity to:  Support execution of the annual ABAC and/or HCC Auditing & Monitoring plan by performing foundational auditing and monitoring procedures across defined risk areas, including review of transactions, third-party and channel partner support, documentation testing, and control validation, while escalating issues and questions through established compliance review channels
