The Role Your Role: As a Automation Tech Lead - Power platforms, you will provide technical leadership for the design, development, integration, deployment, and operational support of enterprise automation solutions. You will leverage Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, Azure, and related technologies to deliver scalable, secure, and supportable automation solutions while leading engineering teams, driving operational excellence, and ensuring continuous platform improvement. What Will You Do: Lead the design, development, enhancement, and support of enterprise automation solutions using Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse, UiPath, and Microsoft technologies. Provide technical leadership for automation architecture, Model-Driven Apps, cloud flows, integrations, APIs, and reusable automation components. Design and optimize integrations using REST APIs, Dataverse APIs, JSON, XPath, SQL, FetchXML, and other enterprise integration technologies. Lead automation operations, service transition, monitoring, maintenance, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives across production environments. Mentor and guide L2/L3 automation engineers, manage work allocation, support capability development, and promote engineering best practices. Define and enforce standards for development, architecture, security, documentation, exception handling, logging, quality assurance, and production readiness. Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex incidents, integration failures, runtime issues, performance bottlenecks, and environment-related challenges. Collaborate with business, product, platform, and engineering teams to deliver reliable, scalable, and compliant automation solutions while managing stakeholder expectations.
