Join us and be part of this journey towards greater opportunities and brighter futures.Job Description: Senior Specialist – AI Governance, Risk & Compliance Function: Governance, Risk & Compliance Role Level: Senior Manager / Senior Specialist Role Overview We are seeking an experienced professional to support the development, implementation, and ongoing management of the organisation’s AI Governance, Risk & Compliance programme. The role will focus on AI risk assessments, governance documentation, Responsible AI practices, regulatory and standards alignment, and the establishment of consistent governance processes across the AI lifecycle. The individual will work closely with the team, Data Privacy, Legal, Technology, AI Product teams, and other stakeholders to embed responsible, secure, compliant, and risk-informed AI practices across the organisation. Key Responsibilities AI Governance & Frameworks: Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the AI governance framework, policies, standards, procedures, and operating guidance. AI Risk Management: Manage AI risk assessments and related documentation, including risk identification, impact assessments, risk treatment plans, mitigation tracking, and periodic reviews.
