Job Responsibilities:** *   Design, implement, and manage robust and scalable platform infrastructure using configuration management and release automation tools. *   Drive continuous deployment and release processes, ensuring efficient and high-quality software delivery. *   Collaborate with development teams to integrate applications with platform services and define optimal system architectures. *   Apply Agility core practices to platform development, fostering iterative improvement and rapid response to changing requirements. *   Implement and enforce information security best practices across all platform components. *   Develop and maintain scripts for automation, monitoring, and operational tasks. *   Participate in source control and code management activities, ensuring code quality and version control. *   Contribute to the design and implementation of relational data models for platform data storage. *   Perform service operations and resilience engineering to ensure platform availability and performance. *   Facilitate technical discussions and problem-solving sessions within the engineering team. *   Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. *   Support Digital Project Management efforts by providing technical insights and estimates. *   Contribute to creating a high performing team culture through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
