Job Title: Senior Product Manager This role is based in Pune. This location works on a hybrid model, 2-3 days in the office. You will be required to interview in person. About the role Imagine starting your day collaborating with world-class engineers and product designers to define foundational, shared capabilities that power a global enterprise security platform. As a Senior Product Manager on our newly formed shared services team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our platform by contributing directly to SailPoint's vision for shared capabilities. Your day-to-day will involve shepherding innovative micro-services and SaaS platform connectivity technologies from discovery to release. You will act as the strategic link between Product Management, Design, and Engineering to conceptualize, design, and deliver high-quality, scalable foundational services that directly power the entire SailPoint product portfolio in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Requirements Bachelors degree in related field, or equivalent professional experience Minimum of 8 years of experience in a product management role. A compelling track record of working with engineering teams to plan, develop, refine, and launch successful enterprise software products. Extensive experience managing SaaS and/or cloud infrastructure products. Experience with open platform connectivity technologies such as web and micro-services is a plus. A passion for high-quality, scalable solutions, coupled with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence. Exceptional judgment in applying product management principles and processes to solve complex business challenges. Outstanding interpersonal, facilitation, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with and influence stakeholders at all levels.
