Senior Manager Campaign

Job Description: What You'll Do ·       Design and implement omnichannel customer journeys across Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, and Mobile ·       Develop personalized campaigns using Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder, and Contact Builder ·       Build scalable marketing solutions using Marketing Cloud Next and AI-powered automation ·       Configure Agentforce for Marketing to automate campaign execution and customer engagement ·       Leverage Einstein AI for content generation, personalization, send-time optimization, and next-best-action recommendations ·       Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Data Cloud, and third-party platforms using APIs ·       Develop reusable components, dynamic content, and personalized communications ·       Support real-time customer engagement using event-driven marketing and Data Cloud activation ·       Collaborate with business, CRM, and analytics teams to deliver intelligent customer experiences Skills We're Looking For ·       Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Engagement) ·       Strong knowledge of Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Content Builder ·       Experience with AMPscript, SQL, HTML, CSS, and SSJS ·       Understanding of REST APIs and Salesforce CRM integration ·       Familiarity with Data Cloud or Marketing Cloud Next is a plus ·       Interest in AI-powered marketing, Agentforce, and intelligent customer journeys is highly desirable Preferred Certifications ·       Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer ·       Marketing Cloud Engagement Administrator ·       Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Must-Have Skills: Salesforce Marketing Cloud ·       Marketing Cloud Engagement ·       Journey Builder ·       Automation Studio ·       Contact Builder ·       Content Builder ·       Email Studio ·       Mobile Studio ·       Marketing Cloud APIs Marketing Cloud Next & AI ·       Understanding of Marketing Cloud Next ·       Exposure to Agentforce or AI-powered marketing capabilities ·       Knowledge of Einstein AI, Prompt Builder, or AI-assisted campaign creation ·       Basic understanding of Data Cloud concepts and customer data activation Technical Skills ·       AMPscript ·       SSJS (Server-Side JavaScript) ·       SQL ·       HTML ·       CSS ·       JavaScript ·       REST APIs ·       JSON ·       OAuth Integration ·       Salesforce CRM integration ·       API-based integrations ·       Event-driven architecture ·       Webhooks (preferred) Location: India - Maharashtra- Pune - Baner - Amar Madhuban Tech Park Brand: Merkle Time Type: Full time Contract Type: Permanent
