React Full Stack with .NET

1. Core Technical Requirements Must-Have Skills Strong and recent experience in React is the top priority. Candidates with only historical React exposure (e.g., 4-5 years ago) are not preferred. Full-stack experience with React and .NET/C# is highly desirable. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, particularly GitHub Actions and deployment workflows. Experience with cloud technologies, preferably AWS, though experience with other cloud platforms is acceptable if candidates understand cloud fundamentals and containerized deployments. Exposure to Docker/containerization. Nice-to-Have Skills Next.js experience. Strong React candidates can learn Next.js if needed. Experience with Python alongside .NET. Knowledge of DevSecOps, SRE, and Observability practices. Experience working in monorepo environments. Familiarity with AI coding assistants and AI-driven development tools. Experience implementing AI agents is considered an advantage. 2. Skill Evaluation Priorities: React (recent experience): Highest priority (4-5/5). Next.js: Moderate importance (2-5/5). Monorepo experience: Important (3-4/5). [ .NET/API development: Moderate to high importance (3-5/5). Cloud infrastructure experience: Moderate importance (3-4/5). DevSecOps/CI-CD knowledge: Moderate importance (2-4/5). 3. Role Clarification Existing requirements listed as ".NET Full Stack" should be updated to"React Full Stack with .NET capability." Primary focus of the role is frontend development, supported by backend capabilities. Target candidates should be at Senior Engineer to Staff Engineer capability level, with some positions potentially requiring Tech Lead / Lead Engineer experience. 5. Candidate Screening Process Panel requested that shortlisted profiles include: L1/L2 evaluation feedback. Candidate strengths and weaknesses. Insights that help interviewers avoid repeating assessments already completed.   6. AI Assessment Expectations The team is comfortable with candidates using AI coding tools, provided they can: Explain the generated code. Justify implementation choices. Discuss alternative approaches and trade-offs. Synechron interview panels should specifically evaluate candidates' understanding of AI-generated solutions rather than just code output.
