The Program Advisory, Consulting & Execution (PACE) organization is Citi’s internal consulting and program execution team. Operating from Finance with a firmwide mandate, PACE serves as a strategic internal partner delivering management consulting, program advisory, and end-to-end execution support for Citi’s high-value initiatives and business transformation priorities. The organization partners closely with functional and business leadership to deliver significant, measurable business outcomes while retaining critical knowledge and reducing reliance on external consulting firms.  The PACE team is a global, interdisciplinary team comprised of seasoned professionals with deep financial services, program advisory, and management consulting expertise. With team members located in eight cities across five countries—Canada, Costa Rica, India, the United Kingdom, and the United States—PACE provides continuous global support, accelerated delivery, and rapid mobilization to solve the firm's most critical challenges.  Summary
