About the Role As the Manager of Professional Services, you will be responsible for leading service delivery and implementation across JumpCloud’s new and existing customers. This role requires a leader with 10-14 years of experience who can bridge the gap between high-level architectural strategy and hands-on custom technical delivery. You will ensure that customers receive a world-class implementation experience through both structured consulting and custom-built automation solutions. This role will also play a key role in building and scaling the India based Professional Services capability, partnering closely with global stakeholders to ensure strong delivery execution, operational excellence, and team collaboration
