Position Summary Kaseya is looking for an experienced Lead Product Analyst (Oracle SCM Functional) to drive standards, governance, innovation, and continuous improvement across its global Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems. This role will lead the maintenance, development, and enhancement of enterprise applications, primarily Oracle ERP/SCM, covering Order Management, Inventory Management, Cost Management, Product Management, Manufacturing, and Procurement. The role will focus on optimizing end-to-end business processes, including Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), inventory, fulfillment, manufacturing, and cost accounting. The position will also support integrations with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, MuleSoft, Snowflake, GetPaid, ShipConsole, and Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will combine strong Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM functional expertise with product ownership, business process management, data governance, and stakeholder leadership. This role will partner closely with cross-functional teams across Supply Chain, Finance, GTM, and Accounting to deliver scalable, customer-centric solutions aligned with Kaseya's global business strategy. Key Responsibilities Product and System Management: Manage, maintain, and continuously improve Kaseya's Order-to-Cash and PTM business processes and back-office systems, including Oracle ERP, GetPaid, and ShipConsole. Business Requirements and Analysis: Collaborate with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Finance, GTM, and Accounting to gather, analyze, document, and prioritize requirements for new features, enhancements, and system improvements.
