Strong ownership and execution skills, with the ability to clarify Action Items, Owners, and Due Dates, take necessary actions well in advance, proactively follow up with stakeholders, and drive actions through to closure. Ability to identify potential issues, delays, and communication gaps at an early stage, involve relevant stakeholders proactively, and escalate appropriately when necessary. Ability to understand differences between Japanese and Indian communication styles, decision-making processes, expectations regarding quality and timelines, and business practices, and flexibly adjust the approach while respecting the context and intent of both sides.
