JOB SUMMARY AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Senior Legal Associate will be a part of the legal function at our Pune GBS Hub and shall provide business-focused legal support to the global Legal function and wider business. You will be responsible for: Contracting • Review, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements and related documents, using TMICC templates where appropriate and negotiating third-party paper to protect TMICC’s legal and commercial interests.
