What you’ll do: We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Enterprise Architect to join our Enterprise Architecture team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will bring strong industry experience, deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, and a passion for driving operational excellence through architecture governance, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. Responsibilities: Enterprise Architecture & Governance Support architecture governance processes, standards, and best practices. Participate in Architecture Review Board (ARB) reviews and provide architectural guidance for technology initiatives. Evaluate technology solutions for alignment with enterprise standards, security requirements, scalability, and business objectives. Contribute to architecture principles, standards, reference architectures, and governance frameworks. Assist in driving adoption of architecture and technology standards across the organization. ServiceNow Architecture & Platform Leadership Serve as a subject matter expert for ServiceNow platform capabilities and modules. Partner with platform owners and engineering teams to improve ServiceNow-based workflows and governance processes. Design scalable solutions leveraging ServiceNow platform capabilities. Identify opportunities to simplify and automate architecture review and governance processes using ServiceNow. AI Augmentation & Innovation Research emerging AI technologies and evaluate their applicability to Enterprise Architecture and governance processes. Explore AI-assisted approaches for architecture reviews, intake management, knowledge discovery, solution recommendations, and compliance validation.
