Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components. - Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of development processes and solutions. - Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Agile Project Management. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Experience with modern software development frameworks and tools. - Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams.
