Your work supports specific business requirements, contributing to the overall success and adaptability of the technology landscape within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions. - Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve functionality and performance. - Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Experience in developing reusable components and integrating them within complex applications. - Strong understanding of front-end technologies and frameworks related to Salesforce development. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently within custom software solutions. - Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - This position is based at our Kolkata office. - A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
