Collaboration and continuous enhancement of software components are key aspects of the daily routine, ensuring that the delivered products align with evolving business needs and technological advancements. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team to enhance productivity and quality. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in BMC Helix ITSM. - Strong experience in designing and developing custom software solutions using modern frameworks. - Ability to work within agile development environments and contribute to sprint planning and execution. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex software issues to maintain system reliability. - Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
