Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Ensure the quality and performance of software components through rigorous testing and debugging. - Document software designs, processes, and updates to maintain clear communication within the team. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Financials. - Experience in developing and customizing financial modules within enterprise resource planning systems. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues effectively. - Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration processes related to financial systems.
