The Role The Digital Workplace Engineer is responsible for maintaining, supporting, and improving enterprise workplace technology services—with a primary focus on distributed printing, scanning solutions, and collaboration tools. Operating within an Agile delivery model, the role ensures secure, reliable, and user-centric operations in close collaboration with vendors, stakeholders, and IT support teams. Required Skillset Core Experience: 3 to 5+ years supporting digital workplace technologies, end-user computing, or workplace infrastructure services. Specialized Domain Expertise: Proven experience supporting enterprise printing, scanning, and multifunction device environments. Collaboration & Workplace Tech: Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) and workplace collaboration technologies. Methodology: Experience working in an Agile environment and participating in Agile ceremonies (e.g., daily stand-ups, sprint planning). ITSM & Tools: Experience working with IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms, specifically ServiceNow. Core Competencies:Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Understanding of Experience Level Agreements (XLA) and user-centric service delivery principles.Familiarity with device lifecycle management and asset management. Preferred Skillset Cloud & Endpoint Management: Experience on Microsoft Azure with hands-on knowledge of managing endpoints via Microsoft Intune.
