EDUCATION • Degree or equivalent work experience equally preferable. • Bachelor's degree CERTIFICATIONS • [Include information as needed.] WORK EXPERIENCE • Experience in the banking or financial industry preferred. • Experience working as a business analyst, technical analyst in software development, IT support, information security, audit, or information risk is preferred. • Experience working closely with business teams to understand requirements • Experience working in a systematic project management delivery process • Knowledge in JIRA and Agile project delivery is desired • Technical skills in Visio, Confluence, and Excel is desired FUNCTIONAL SKILLS • Experience with structured query language (SQL) and other data profiling tools and techniques preferred; experience analyzing data preferred • Experience with scripting and/or programming knowledges preferred • Experience with word processing and worksheet tools is required • Understanding of the System/Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is preferred • Knowledge of compliance risks and risk management, including anti-money laundering and sanctions • Experience developing business requirements to solve complex problems in consultation with business partners • Experience writing detailed business requirements and functional requirements • Experience with Adobe, DocuSign, or other electronic signature tools preferred • Experience in ETL desirable FOUNDATIONAL SKILLS • Communicates effectively • Identifies multiple paths to success through the development of analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills • Exercises sound judgement and strives for continuous improvement • Demonstrates optimism, resilience, flexibility, and openness to others' ideas • Learns while doing • Actively listens and asks thoughtful questions • Leverages available technology to achieve efficiency and results • Engages inclusively and with intent • Always acts with integrity • Analytical thinking • Iterative problem-solving • Serving as a trusted advisor • Ability to multi-task and be flexible • Ability to work independently or within a team for problem resolution • Detail-oriented RESPONSIBILITIES
