The role will identify and implement opportunities to automate compliance activities, improve control monitoring and assurance, and reduce manual effort across ISC processes. It will also help translate AI governance, security and compliance requirements into scalable controls and solutions that enable Novartis to adopt AI responsibly. Working across ISC, DDIT and other key stakeholders, the role will connect compliance expertise with technology and innovation to create simpler, faster and more sustainable compliance capabilities. Job Description Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and delivery of AI-enabled compliance capabilities, using AI, intelligent agents and automation to simplify processes and strengthen compliance outcomes.
