Improve service effectiveness, operational efficiency, and delivery through technology and best-practice methodologies. Design, develop, integrate, and deliver highly scalable distributed software solutions. Drive the continuous evolution and enhancement of software products and platforms. Collaborate closely with software engineers, architects, product managers, and partner teams. Develop solutions and functionality that address customer and business requirements. Participate in and support the Agile software development lifecycle. Groom and refine features and user stories to ensure delivery readiness. Estimate effort, identify technical risks, and manage project dependencies. Communicate risks, dependencies, and technical considerations to project stakeholders. Ensure high-quality feature delivery within established timelines. Drive the remediation of technical debt and security vulnerabilities. Maintain and upgrade third-party components to ensure product stability, security, and compliance. Mentor and coach engineers on software development best practices. Guide teams in designing and implementing secure, scalable, and highly available distributed systems. Promote engineering excellence through technical leadership and knowledge sharing.
