You Will: • Lead a team of engineers that design and develop software applications for medical devices (Web, Mobile, Desktop). • Day to Day technical management includes sprint backlog management, assignment management, and tracking team deliverable to the projects • Represent your team to the wider software organization. • Partner with the greater R&D organization (quality, systems, etc.) • Build sustainable processes for product development. • Drive best practices within your functional area. • Remove barriers for the team. • Participate in design reviews. • Mentor and coach your team members.
