Senior Analyst - MBB

Job Description: Role Purpose The Media Billing & Booking Sr. Analyst will support the execution and maintenance of media booking and billing activities. The role requires hands-on exposure to Prisma, Mediaocean, and related media operations, with a strong focus on accuracy, reconciliation, reporting, and timely completion of assigned activities. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end media booking and billing activities using Prisma, Mediaocean, and relevant systems. Create and maintain media bookings based on approved media plans, campaign details, and client requirements. Process billing-related activities and ensure booking and billing data is accurately captured. Perform basic reconciliation between media bookings, delivery, invoices, and billing data. Review campaign and financial data for missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information. Pull reports from relevant systems and maintain billing and booking trackers. Support amendments, cancellations, and corrections to bookings as required. Coordinate with senior team members and internal stakeholders to resolve basic discrepancies. Follow defined processes, controls, and timelines to ensure accurate and timely deliverables. Maintain proper documentation and records for assigned media billing and booking activities. Requirements – Must Have 1–3 years of experience in media operations, media billing, media booking, or related digital/media processes. Hands-on exposure to Prisma and/or Mediaocean. Understanding of end-to-end media booking and billing processes. Basic understanding of reconciliation and invoice/booking validation. Good attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Ability to work with Excel/reporting trackers and manage data accurately. Ability to follow defined processes and meet deadlines. Requirements – Good to Have Exposure to digital media or advertising operations. Experience with additional media management, billing, or reconciliation tools. Good analytical and communication skills. Ability to work across different time zones/shifts. Additional Information Ability to work as a member of the team and cross-functional teams.
