About the role
Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors modules — Employee Central, EC Payroll, Recruiting, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals. Design and build integrations between SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA, third-party payroll providers, and HRMS using SAP Integration Center and CPI. Implement Role-Based Permissions (RBP), configure business rules, and manage picklists and MDF objects. Support data migration using Import/Export tools, manage instance configuration, and provide UAT support. Deliver end-user training, documentation, and post-go-live support for HR transformation programs
