This role will play a critical part in ensuring reliable, consistent, and high-quality master data while supporting business transformation, M&A integrations, and digitalization initiatives. The successful candidate will leverage expertise in SAP, data migration, and data governance to drive operational excellence and enable data-driven decision-making. How You'll Make an Impact Lead data migration strategy, planning, and execution for M&A programs and other enterprise data migration initiatives. Design, develop, and implement data migration jobs using SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS). Provide functional expertise in SAP SD, MM, and PP modules to support master data and migration activities. Develop and implement data quality improvement plans to increase business process efficiency and data reliability. Define and execute data validation and reconciliation activities to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity. Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams to resolve data-related challenges and ensure successful project delivery. Drive master data governance initiatives and support the continuous improvement of end-to-end master data processes. Review and monitor data quality metrics and recommend corrective actions to strengthen data integrity and availability. Support Hitachi Energy's data literacy initiatives and contribute to building a trusted enterprise data ecosystem. Enable AI and Machine Learning initiatives by ensuring the availability of high-quality and trusted master data. Provide user training, guidance, and support on master data processes, standards, and governance practices. Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement improvements to master data management practices. Demonstrate strong problem-solving capabilities in complex, multi-vendor IT environments. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and data management objectives. Your Background Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 8 years of experience in Data Migration, Master Data Management, Data Governance, or a related area. Hands-on experience with SAP BusinessObjects Data Services (BODS) for data extraction, transformation, and migration activities.
