Job Summary This vacancy is within the Functional Safety Group in MME Engineering community. As part of the world wide engineering team you are responsible for Requirement Management project set-up and maintenance, first-line support for projects. Detailed activities: • Writing and maintaining the project’s RMP including all traceability elements • Set-up and maintain projects in the requirements management system, project structure, traceability, access rights, baselines, document generation • Ensure adherence to the organization's requirements engineering process o In the case of noncompliance, the requirements manager detects and warns the project manager, defines corrective actions, and follows until closure with the project team • Consolidate and report project REQM Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to the stakeholders • report and resolve BCaM7 process and system-related issues and participate in Change Control Board (CCB) meetings as applicable to Requirements Engineering • Train and support project teams in the deployment of tools and methodology • Support the requirements review and traceability review process • Represent the organization in cross Business Line competence teams Required: • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent • Expertise in requirements management and related processes and tools • Several years experienced working in a high technology environment • Understanding of system engineering and V-model framework • Knowledge in DOORSNG usage and administration, knowledge in other requirements management tools • Strong interpersonal communication skills (Oral and Written) • Self-motivated and self-driven • Ability to successfully manage conflict • Ability to rapidly learn and master software tools and process methodologies Responsibilities: • subject matter expert in requirements management processes and tools • Support the projects and all users in aspects for requirements engineering throughout the BL AP, BL EP and MCU/MPU R&D organizations • Act as or support the requirements manager of the projects, overseeing and ensuring all parties adhere to and execute the requirements management process • Drive continual improvement in requirements management processes, tools, templates, best practices, Key Process Indicator metrics, and quality • Build and sustain channels of communication for requirements management • DOORSNG expert - administration, support, reports generations, version management in
