The platform handles sensitive data sourced from multiple enterprise systems. In this role, you will go beyond traditional quality management. You will work closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to ensure reliable, secure, and predictable delivery. You will also play a key role in driving the adoption of modern AI tools to improve team productivity and prepare the platform for future data‑driven and value‑added services. This position offers the opportunity to influence how the overall solutions is built, delivered, and evolved. You will help teams strengthen engineering practices, improve delivery outcomes, and continuously raise the quality bar, while growing your leadership impact in a global R&D environment. How you’ll make an impact: Own and drive the quality and delivery strategy for a digital solution to enable service business. Establish and govern quality standards, delivery metrics, and best practices across the SDLC. Ensure predictable, high‑quality deliveries while balancing speed, risk, and stability. Drive shift‑left quality, automation‑first thinking, and continuous improvement. Partner closely with Product Owners on backlog readiness, acceptance criteria, and release decisions. Guide teams on testable, scalable, and maintainable architectures across Azure, .NET, and React solutions. Ensure secure‑by‑design solutions and compliance with data protection and governance standards. Drive adoption of AI‑assisted tools to improve quality, delivery speed, and productivity.
