Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project objectives and deliverables. - Monitor project progress and identify potential risks or issues, proposing mitigation strategies. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project control processes. - Maintain accurate documentation and reporting to facilitate transparent communication with stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Program Control Services. - Strong analytical skills to assess project performance and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation within complex programs. - Ability to use project management tools and software to track progress and generate reports. - Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with global teams and stakeholders. - Capability to adapt to changing project requirements and work in a dynamic delivery environment.
