The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while ensuring compatibility and optimal performance across systems. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and implement enhancements is a key part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to improve efficiency and user experience. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS). - Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment strategies. - Strong knowledge of application programming interfaces and integration techniques. - Familiarity with low-code development platforms and their application in enterprise environments. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues to maintain high availability. - Understanding of software release management and version control processes.
