The role includes managing application releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to understand needs and implement effective changes is a key part of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability. - Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge bases to support ongoing application management. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). - Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within packaged or software as a service environments. - Experience working with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality. - Ability to manage application releases and ensure system stability through effective change management. - Familiarity with troubleshooting techniques and performance monitoring tools relevant to packaged applications. - Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
