The role includes managing application releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while safeguarding compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and enhance application functionality is an integral part of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability. - Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base for future reference. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM). - Experience in configuring and customizing packaged or software as a service applications. - Familiarity with using application programming interfaces and low-code platforms for solution development. - Ability to manage application releases and ensure system stability. - Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges effectively. - Good communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
