The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with various teams to monitor and optimize application functionality is an integral part of the workday. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. - Required active participation and contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements. - Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability. - Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of system modifications. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Development. - Experience in customizing Salesforce applications using declarative tools and programmatic approaches. - Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including workflows, process builder, and Lightning components. - Ability to integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and web services. - Familiarity with version control systems and deployment tools within the Salesforce ecosystem. - Knowledge of data management techniques to ensure data integrity and security within Salesforce.
