Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Monitoring Lead with deep expertise in Dynatrace and a broad background in enterprise monitoring tools, ITSM integrations, and AI-driven observability platforms. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary technical authority on monitoring operations, leading a team of engineers, coaching them on best practices, and acting as the critical bridge between client stakeholders and the monitoring operations function. The role demands exceptional leadership, hands-on technical depth across multiple monitoring toolsets, and the ability to drive continuous improvement across the observability landscape. Job Title: Enterprise Monitoring Lead Certification: Dynatrace Administration Professional (DAP) Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace across OneAgent deployment, full-stack monitoring, and AIOps. Modules: Proficiency in Dynatrace modules: – Real User Monitoring (RUM) & Synthetic Monitoring – Application Performance Monitoring (APM) & Distributed Tracing – Infrastructure & Cloud Monitoring (AWS, Azure, GCP) – Log Management and Analytics – Network Performance Monitoring (NPM) - Ability to define and implement Dynatrace Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) aligned to client security policies. - Experience in Dynatrace Environment administration, tenant configuration, and SaaS/Managed platform management. - Upgrades: Hands-on experience with Dynatrace upgrades, patching, and version lifecycle management.
