You will work closely with customers to comprehend their needs and translate these into practical business and technology solutions. Your role includes leading discussions around transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application solutions that align with business objectives. This position requires a proactive approach to ensure that the technology implemented effectively supports the client s business requirements, fostering seamless integration and enhanced operational efficiency. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration solutions meet client expectations and project timelines. - Assist in identifying potential risks and propose mitigation strategies during integration processes. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on integration best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veeva CRM. - Strong understanding of system integration concepts and methodologies. - Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions. - Ability to manage and drive client discussions related to technology transformation and customer journey mapping. - Familiarity with designing and implementing functional and application-level integration solutions.
