Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions. Drive discussions and consult on transformation, the customer journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements. Must have skills : Jakarta EE Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As an Integration Engineer, a typical day involves engaging closely with clients to offer expert advice on business and system integration challenges. This role requires understanding client requirements thoroughly and translating them into practical business and technology solutions. The day includes leading discussions on transformation initiatives, mapping the customer journey, and designing functional and application frameworks that align with business objectives. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that technology implementations meet the intended business needs is a key aspect of daily activities, fostering seamless integration and effective solution delivery. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify integration challenges and develop innovative approaches to address them. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Jakarta EE. - Strong knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and middleware technologies. - Experience with designing and implementing scalable integration solutions. - Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with service-oriented architecture and microservices concepts. - Competence in troubleshooting and resolving integration issues across diverse systems.
