The role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to validate that the system's functionality aligns with real-world business needs. This includes reviewing and confirming requirements, analyzing workflows, and ensuring that the implemented solutions support the intended business outcomes effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify process improvements and optimize system functionality. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional. - Strong understanding of financial business processes and their integration within enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and workflow validation. - Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into functional specifications. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions. - Effective communication skills to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
