Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of system components. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize development processes and enhance product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Database Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java (Programming Language), Web Application Development, API Management. - Strong knowledge of database design, optimization, and maintenance techniques. - Experience with cloud-based database solutions and scalable architectures. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex database-related issues efficiently. - Familiarity with data security best practices and compliance standards.
